Hi chalkman! I love your art style and it is always a surprise for me here.
I would suggest that you take time to another material with a good edge highlighting.
I think that would increase the impact of your form clearly!

There are many possibilities: Matcaps finished first such example MAHstudio Sexy, or Sketch Shaded 1-4

If you take - for example - the matcap Sketch Shaded, then you can change in the material properties the Cavity Transition.

I can not post here picture here, so please look at my thread, as I upload a picture to high.
