New Work.

I also like this dark environment. It wasn’t my point.
I was thinking about printing limitations and an easy Ps work. Trying to imagine this huge print, on a wall. The use of some nice, physically textured paper, probably.

Ok, point taken! I will look into all my options. For the moment I am wrestling with a big Canon archival printer and trying to get it up and running!

Cheers, David

Another new piece … 2.5D as usual, I hope the image is not usual! Cheers, David

I don’t know how you do what you do .
but don’t stop doing it .
thank you for your many alien visions awesome :+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

Hi Pigmalion, Thanks for your kind words … glad you enjoy the work, I wouldn’t want to alienate anyone!

Love the work you are doing, the woman in green is elegant and beautiful … I love the composition and lighting, And yes less is often more!

All the best, David

New day, new work … more 2.5D new look? cheers, David

Wonderful thread! :+1:

@asecbrush:

Thanks so much … glad you are enjoying this thread! I am loving the way your robot is developing. Cheers, David

David,
How do you 3-D print from a ZBrush file? I have access to an imager, but I don’t know what format I should export the file as. I love your work. It’s much more “abstract” and “atmospheric” than most of what’s seen in the ZBrush community. Very “painterly” in its own way.

Thanks very much for your kind words! I am glad you are enjoying my work!

I am not really knowledgable as to 3D printing but there are many at Zbrush Central that are. I suggest that first of all you check out the FAQ section and see if someone else has posted this question. If that is not helpful just start a thread asking exactly what you need to know!

I wish I could be of more help to you.

Cheers, David

More work … I seem to be branching out again into different but familiar territory, if that makes any sense. Cheers, David

More branching … same tree? Anyhow hope you enjoy! Cheers, David

David…WOW:+1:…Simply Amazing…and totally unique…I could ramble on more about specifics as of why, but enough said I think…other than.:D:D…luvin the motion achieved in the last few…Great, Dreamy, Dynamic Energy feel to them.:+1:small_orange_diamond:)

Hi Glenn, Thank you so much, I am so happy that you are enjoying my meanderings! … trying to keep this work from being stale!

Hi chalkman

Great work man I love it and I am glad I have inspired you…big fan of your 2.5 D work keep it up they look great. Buy the way is there any way to use BPR on 2.5 D ?

He he they remind me of an extraterrestrial mouse pair trying to escape from the train…sorry I have just seen you are from Brooklyn and remembered when I was living in NY there used to be always a rat wondering about on the rail tracks.
Great Work

Thanks so much! I am flattered that you enjoy my work. There is no way to use BPR for 2.5D at this time, actually I hardly ever use anything but the preview render as most of my work involves a lot a lot of cleanup and post in Photoshop. Lots of rats in NY subways and they are brazen! All the best, David

ps: Can’t wait to see more of your work!
