Hello, i am trying out ZBrush for the first time.
Overall it is great but i have a major major question…
Often i’m working on a tool and go back to 2.5D mode (away from edit mode) – or whatever you call the mode where clicking in the canvas draws a new version of the same tool you were just working on.
I often due this as i’m getting used to keys still… when i undo, the ‘new’ tool disappears, but i can’t get back to editing the tool i was working on in the first place. its sitting there in front of me, but everything besides Draw Tool is greyed out. I am still in 2.5D mode or something beacuse i can continue to drop new versions of the model on to the canvas.
This is such an easy to have happen to you thing and I don’t see other posts or faq questions about it, I am obviously missing something drastic… can anyone help??
