I am in the process of creating a character in Zbrush that will eventually make it into UDK for a class assignment. Currently I am baking textures, normals, etc. from my high res pieces to low ones.

The common factor behind these subtools (the head, and left and right arms) is that they were all extracted from my original body sculpt. Where as every other subtool I brought in from Maya before scultping or painting with spotlight on them. The original body sculpt did have an odd problem but i can not say with any certainty that it is related to the problem I’m having now.
If this has happened to anyone or anyone has seen this happen to anyone before any advice is welcome. Thank you.
