Is it just me and Dom that can’t get the new version to accept the new password? I have tried to get a new password sent twice and I wrote the password down and double-checked my writing, but every time it said that the password was date sensitive and to properly set my clock. My clock was properly set and I tried redownloading the demo, but that didn’t work either. I also used the control-c technique that it said to use on the e-mail, needless to say, that didn’t work either. Can someone tell the right way to get Zbrush working or some tips?
The “Password” is only needed for downloading the program. If you have the new version downloaded, what is needed next is not a password, but a serial number. Are you at the point where it asks for your first name, last name? The thrid thing it wants is not a password but a serial number. Your previous serial number will not work. You have to enter the temporary one provided in the .txt file: serial_number.txt.
I have had the demo downloaded and when I got on today it asked for a password. Do I have to delete the demo and then redownload it?
Hello Brushydude,
My demo copy isn’t currently asking for the password. Did I understand correctly that you emailed for the new password twice and the new passwords didn’t work? If that’s the case then you might want to go to this Pixologic page and let them know your problem.
Hi BrUsHyDuDe,
There is no need to redownload ZBrush. You can just go to the download page and ‘request a new demo password to replace an expired one.’
