So, model was made in ZB, than exported as OBJ and edited inside Modo (adding edge bevels and so on). After I’ve exported OBJ from Modo I made UV’s inside ZBrush with UV master. Everything worked OK… no polys overlaping and such stuff. I did Polypainting on a model with more than 18 mil polygons. When I hit “New From Polypaint” inside “Texture Map” menu I get problems wherever there is a sharp edge (as you can see on the image). This is the first time that something like this has happened. Please help.
