today is a good day, I just re-installed Win x86_64bit and the new ATI drivers…
Blender , Wings, and all of my other applications work now
If you got an AMD 64 and an ATI card be sure to update your drivers
I am so happy! small_orange_diamond

I have 2 instances of blender rendering, and one instance of blender running setting up the next scene. I dont get any Hickups or lag at all while doing this… I am very impressed…
I hope someone makes a 64bit build for blender soon, there are already a couple for 64 bit Linux …
Have a good day :)
