So I registered ZBrush, yep, own it…
but they offered up that little ‘company name’ box so I put the name I was using as an artist at the time.
Now, I’ve recently dropped the domain on said company entirely.
I thought I’d closed up any ties to that email address.
Nope.
ZBrush was.
So I contact Pixologic to transfer the software to my new email.
I have the same name, face, ID, phone number, and address…
nope.
Will sends me an email refusing to transfer it.
Help?
