i’m not really sure what you’re asking.
you want to make a multi insert mesh brush that looks like that dress using a flat circle mesh.
i don’t get it.
is that dress a mesh? if it is, just open the brush palette and hit “make insert mesh”.
I would like to make the round metal circle studs on the dress.
i know you can make one metal stud or a cluster of them, make it an insert mesh and insert it one at a time.
but i’m guessing you know that but you would like to insert multiple instances at once.
for that you have to use zbrush 4R7. seriously, the new features will allow you to do that. but until it is released you may be stuck with doing it the old fashioned way.
I don’t mind the doing it the old fashion way. Something like this .Only the circle ver of it.
