Need some installation advice.

When I try to install Zbrush I get an error message. It says “Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported.”

Here are my details:

Any ideas…?

Are you trying to install ZBrush 2? Even if you get it installed, you won’t be able to activate it. You need to upgrade to ZBrush 3. Please contact http://support.pixologic.com with your purchase information so that we can get you taken care of.

Im pretty sure this is original Zbrush (thats whats on the box). Ive had it for years on another computer but recently upgraded my machine and Im trying to install it there.

Is there something that I need to download before I can install and upgrade or is this software completely outdated?

Completely outdated. Please submit a ticket at http://support.pixologic.com so that we can get you upgraded. Be sure to include your name and other purchase info so that we can locate your account. If you’ve already submitted a ticket, you can update that ticket with your info if you didn’t provide it initially.

ZBrush 3 is not an incremental upgrade. It does not require any earlier version.
