Need some help to get my ZB3.5 download

Hi Aurick or someone who can point me out on what to do. I have not received my email because I lost the email account that I registered with cleverbridge. The thing is that I thought that we were going to be getting our upgrades from the pixologic support center. I registered my information to the support center thinking that I didn’t have to do anything else. The email that I lost belonged to a domain which no longer exists because I didn’t renew it so there is no way I can get it back. Is there some way I can get the download? Or am I misunderstanding the process. Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

You’ll have to create a support ticket and take the issue to them directly.
