I don’t see any textures and guess you mean the geo.
Smooth Brush and/or Re-dynamesh?
I would use inflate to increase the volume in those areas before you dynamesh. Thin geometry doesn’t have much volume which is why dynamesh is messing up those areas. Inflate, dynamesh, then clean up those areas.
