Need help with Symmetry

I forgot to activated Symmetry while I was working on the ear of my model. By the time I seen it there was no way of going back. I now have two different ears. Is there a way I could fix this with out flatting the mash and doing it again.

-Save your model as a new version, or just save at least.
-Use shift to align the model head on while rotating.
-Make sure lasso is turned off so that masks drawn starting outside of the model are done with the square marquee.
-Go to the highest subdivision level.
-As accurately as you can, mask off the half of the head you don’t wish to keep.
-Go to Tool>Deformation and hit Smart Resym.

Problem solved, gotta love ZBrush. If there are areas that were not masked along the center line, you may have some cleaning up to do. It’s usually no biggie for me, but sometimes there will be slight artifacts.

WOW thanks jamez that work out great:D
