Need Help Preparing UV's in Blender for ZBrush

Hi, can someone please tell me how to properly save my UV map in Blender to use in ZBrush. I know how to unwrap my mesh in Blender but I do not know what steps to take once my mesh is unwrapped. If someone can share the steps I would really appreciate it.

(PS - I have UV Master (and it’s great), but I need to prepare the UV’s in Blender)

if you import a mesh inside of a SubD it will override that subD with the new one. If the only thing that is changing is the UV layout then that is the only change you should see.
