Need help if possible

I am new to Zbrush and cant find info / have problem with something.

  1. I made a big belt like tool.
  2. I create a mask for part of the belt since i want to extract FRONT ONLY

However the mask comes on both sides of the belt and when I extract the new subtool thus also. How can i make sure only one side is mask and extracted.

I hope you can help and I asked clearly. Thks in advance

Hey Stephan,

just go to top menu Brush/Auto masking and click on Backface masking. That should do the trick.
