Need help I have a high poly 3d mesh and I need to turn to a low poly mesh for UDK

Hi I have a project to make a game within a week and our group decided to go 3d and use udk Im in charge of the 3d modeling and I have a nice Zbrush character made of 16 ztools hes 20 million polygons and I need to turn him into a nice 3000 or lower polygon model for use in UDK and to send out to my partner to use in 3dsMax to finalize the animations can anyone help me out im in real bad urgency.

I thought decimation master plugin is to do that for you…
