Pretty cool stuff.I Like the ornaments very much.

Cool model, the uniform is looking good so far, the hat to. The face definitely needs more detail, try to find reference for a face like this, or a Nazi soldier. It might behelpful if you take his hat off for us to see his head.

Looks good. But I think you could make shoulders a bit wider. The way they are now, it gives the impression that the head is too small for this body.
