well i think before you start worrying about the hair, i would focus on the proportions of the head and how everything is scaled and placed in relation to one another. it seems like a decent start, but make sure you are using more references when you are sculpting. looks up more photos on the navajo and other native american tribesmen to get their distictive brow and nose structures. right now there is not much on the model that screams “native american!” but i think with some studying and attention to detail you can fix that easily. keep on working!
