I agree, the eyes and nails need attention now, as the rest looks great. The eyes need to be moved up. You wont ever see anyone with the lower eye lids covering more than the top, it should be the other way around. Most of the Iris should be covered by the upper eye lids. Maybe a bit of makup around the eyes, and bring the eye lashes out a bit darker too.
At the moment the nails width covers the whole finger tips, need to see some flesh at the sides of each nail.
Othr than that this is a nice bit of work. Just keep going over it for the minor details.
