Love the sculpt - colors and rendering not bad but keep working at it.
Again, love the sculpt.
here’s my render update.
Texturing and rendering in Zbrush.
So hard !!
any comments are more than welcome !!

Hey man first of all, VERY BEAUTIFUL WORK!!!
Ive been following this thread and watching the progress and WOW!
I have a question. How did you do the hair? Very nicely played sir!
The only thing I could see as a critique is maybe create more realistic finger nails. Give them a lil translucency and reflectiveness. Dont know how hard that would be in Zbrush but i think it would look alot more realistic!
Still awesome man!!
I don’t know what kind of a look you’re going for, but I too only have Zbrush to render in, and I find that I have to make A LOT of passes and blend them properly in PS to get them to look right. Also I would highly recommend using the Anti-Aliased Half button to smooth out your render and check the light settings. maybe a smaller aperture under the shadow tab, with a higher shadow length. I also like to use higher rays if I have fewer lights going on. somewhere around 180. hope this helps!
Thanks for your comment!!
nothing special work for hair.
I just sculpt with slash 2 and Fall Off Sharp brush.
it took time though…
I’m glad taht you like my work.
Thanks again !!

Silightly updated again
I like what you’ve done with her so far, but the sides of her upper body (rib area) seem somewhat flat and boxy atm, need to round them out more.
Hey let me just start off by saying i love this sculpt. Something has been bugging me about it this whole time though and i JUST figured out what it is. I feel like her knee should be lower. I looks fine in relation to her thigh but if you look at her shin it looks like she has absolutely no calf and her bone bends in a U shape that just feels unnatural. Her heel should have almost a straight line to the back of her knee and there should be some cushion there where her calf muscle would be for the folds in her pants to fall off of.
Thanks for your tips
Actually I’ve tried many passes on this work, and I am still trying to make it better. it is so hard man…hahaha
I will try smaller aperture setting that you mentioned. Thanks a lot for you tips!!

Thanks for your comment.
I will check the upper body again.
I think it’s because of rendering issue. let me check again.
Thanks !
Thanks for your comment
I think you are right. I need to check the legs again.
Thanks a lot !!
Realy like what your doing with this. keep going, its looking great!

Here’s my update.
I tried to adjust Specs on each objects.
I hope this one looks better than last one
Love what you’re doing with the fabrics here, just gorgeous! whats your secret?
But, IMO, you could use an real image of the eye and make a zapplink to the eyeball. I would be more real and alive. That’s my opinion of course!
Thanks man!
I’m glad that you like my work.
for fabric, i’ve composited different materials in Photoshop.
I used dark cavity material with flat diffuse map, and combine them in Photoshop
Thanks for your comment
yeh I think you are right. even though I used zappling and eyeball shader, but it doesn’t look as what I wanted. I think I need to try again.
I will put up my update work later.
Thanks

That would’ve been my guess! If you get time, could you elaborate a little? eg: how you generate a flat diffuse map, and what opacities, blend modes, and settings you use in PS. Much appreciated!
