Have you guys noticed zbrush mysteriously deleting the higher subdivs of your active ztool completely on its own? I currently have F12 assigned to the function, so it’s not something that I’ll press unless I absolutely want to, yet I’ve been getting a lot of that recently. How do I prevent the deletion in the first place?
i use zbrush all the time and never had this happen.
are you saying you’ve assigned a hotkey to delete the higher subdivions? if so i’d say its your keyboard or something else and not zbrush, why not remove that hotkey from your hotkey file.
i mean how often do you even use that? just use the button in the geometry pallette when really necessary.
