I’m new to making characters in zbrush. Going to use this to keep track of my progress and hopefully get help when I need it.
One of the biggest things that confuses me is topology. How much does it really matter at the start? I eventually want to make game res characters, so I know I’ll have to retopo at the end. Does a good base mesh in Zbrush from Zspheres allow me to sculpt the whole high poly without having to worry about retopo along the way?
Anyway, here’s the base mesh, and also my first attempt at sculpting a head.
