The height of your character is good(7 and 1/2 head i guess, i wouldn’t go lower than 7 or higher than 8 for a realistic character) but the crotch and the first abs are a bit low
i would try something like this

Nice work Sergo.

You should be able to improve the neck swiftly if you take another look at the origins of your Sterno Cleido Mastoids and their tendons (the sternal origins are between the clavicles).

cool, Substance painter and designer is great. I’m in the midst of learning both as well. Combining them with Zbrush is awesome. Nice work, i think he could use a tiny bit more dripping type staining, real subtle like. keep it up!
