Somehow I missed out on this thread, and it really was a big miss because your sculpts look amazing. It is incredible how artists are sprouting on this forum.

bex- thanks man, i figure i have nothing better to do than zbrush at the moment! its a good way to get better quickly ive found. sucks about your computer. i am thinking about getting a Boxx this fall, but i want to have at least 4k to spend on it, and i doubt i will by then. ill just have to max the RAM on my current computer. and we are actually getting new compys in the lab this fall! AND the gnomon program is on for sure! too bad you already graduated

They look great… I’m not a master like others in this forum, therefore I can’t point out exactly what but there is something that looks weird. MAYBE is the draft. the front planes of the face are going backwards but MAYBE they should go even further back in a diagonal. Make sense?

WOW i can definitely see improvement on the last few busts compared to your earlier posts, better anatomy and definitely no lumpiness
im starting my zb adventure once im done with CGworkshop so i’ll be here a lot hehe, so sort of looking to make friends with fellow artists, learn and i hope i can share something altho not much haha

cool stuff your work has come on by a huge amount since i started reading this thread your last few heads have been big jump in terms of quality

i like the goblin but at the moment he seems unsure whether he is angry or happy. if your going for angry try tighting up the eyes, so less of the eye ball shows and curling the lips just a bit more.
but other than that he has a fair amount of character to him,
did you start with a base mesh or Zspheres?
HD CG- i started with a human basemesh, and just tweaked it to what i needed. i was trying to actually give him a sinister smile, but i see what you mean about the eyes. ill work on that. thanks man

I love the smirk on that goblins face, kind of a cocky smug attitude. I like the Batman sculpt but I feel like the eyes maybe a little too big. It kind of makes him seem benevolent, other than that great sculpts especially on Batman’s mask.
