Well done Diablo looks really neat
Spiffy job with the orc (at least from a student’s standpoint), although 2 things stick out to me: 1 is that the scar on his chest is a little too… Surgical, if I can say that. 2, and this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but I’m so used to seeing orcs as beefcake monsters with bad dental work and supremely rugged faces. this one’s face is a bit more neutral, yet shows war experience (that one scar on his mouth). Definitely makes him look more relatable than say the orcs from the Lord of the Rings.

Great! Looks really awesome and professional. It is a big leap forward compare to your previous works.
Everything looks good, nothing to criticize. Not sure how his face was intended to look like but as Overmind said it indeed looks relatable and even appealing. I also like this glowing gem on his arm - nice and physical way to add some variety into the lighting. One thing that I have noticed (though it is a minor thing) is that a knee-armor is low so we can see a kneecap behind this pointy projection of the plate. I imagined him kneeling and looks like it should be quite painful.
PS Is there a dithering option inside Marmoset Toolbag? Cause I see a strong gradient banding around his head. Or maybe that’s my monitor’s fault.
well done man!
Really good work my friend .
How you guys ride herd on those poly counts,and still get such awesome results is amazing .

Great new shots diablo . your comments about wanting to make a noble young orc are so true .
It is tiresome seeing the same one dimensional brute . Id rather see a picture of a goblin bard , that would be interesting .
cant wait to see your next piece my friend .
looking great Diablo!! Keep up the great works!
@Pygmalion: Thanks a lot for your comments my friend.Means so much.a goblin bard,huh?? I think that’s a great idea.Maybe I’ll make one someday.;)

Nice practices. The last one looks the most appealing to me. BTW why did you hide her face? I saw her on your LinkedIn profile and she is cute. Even considering that model was provided to you, the render still will benefit when face is visible.
PS I hope you will continue practicing sculpting cloth in Zbrush. It appears like after inventing MD most artists decided that learning drapery is irrelevant. This is sad
