might want to check out scott spencers zbrush book. it specifically covers using projection master. thats one way. i havent been thru the whole thing yet but he seems to show different methods for texturing. ya might want to check out cannedmushrooms out on veoh.com also. he might have something specific to your needs.

hay ur model looks good just need to refinish in the lower poly and then smooth on high level and u ll get a good quality in character cause i was also doin like the way u model in zbrush but after that in zbrush fourm all had told me to make good finishing in low poly and then increse that in higher that will give u good quality…

and ya for sharpen edge use lazy mouse by pressing L
and you’ll get hard edges
