My latest work (nudity)

Hi everyone!

I have not posted any work here for a very long time so i thought it was time to share som of my latest stuff.

The head is sculpted in ZB and rendered with MR, the background is a photograph of me in a suit.

And a close up of rhe head.

Here is a a character i made for a christmas animation that never got finished…maby he gets animated for next christmas :wink:

Am I right if i think that u didn´t use FG, just photometric lights?

And, another question, how did you make all the details visible. If I work with fast skin shader, it swallows the most details.

Very nice work with ur cam, I also boarderd a camcorder, Sony HDR SR12e, wanna do similar things. :slight_smile:

Phrost. I use Shave and a Haircut for fur and hair. i think its pretty good to form the shapes you want.

Flying-Hawk . Yes i use FG and area light with MR portal lights and Photometric lens shaders. i only use the mia_material_x and fast sss.
wen it comes to detail in the sss material i often use cavitymap mixed with the bump and color texture on the overall to bring out the details. And i try not to have to mutch sss so i bring up the scale conversion pretty high.
One thing about tracking material shoot with HDV handycam, You need to get a camera with 3CCD and not one with CMOS sensor becaus there is a thing called Rollin Shutter. here is a link with exlanation–> http://dvxuser.com/jason/CMOS-CCD/
but those hdv 3CCD cams cost a bit more :frowning:

I got so inspired and glad by all the reply on my post so i thought i post some even older stuff and the stuff i put together today.

This is a character called Billy Bop who is one of many in a animation idea i had some years ago…it never got anywhere because i have no skill in storytelling :stuck_out_tongue:

And here are the concept drawings of some of the characters that i plan to sculpt out some day.

This is a character called “Bockman” witch is like “Goatman” in english

And todys stuff…fast concept scetch and the sculpt.

The render of Billy Bop reminds me of a certain big name director…
