my first z brush model

i decide to start to learn z brush this week. and i spent all my weeks,10 hours per day sometimes, on it so as to learn to use it . i still got some trouble with a lot of things but it start to be ok so i can end up with something correct.here is my first head done yesterday and finish this morning.
I have done a little tutorial for beginners who want to quickly box modeling a head so as to use z brush but sill get a correct topology. It should take about 5 mn.

i post an other image i have done since i post the first it a kind of monster. still got some trouble with skin if someone know a good tutorial on creating skin?
