This is my first character sculpting project created entirely in ZBrush for iPad.
The idea was to create a mouse with personality rather than simply sculpting an animal. I wanted him to look curious, mischievous, and slightly guilty, as if he has just discovered something he shouldn’t be touching.
One of my goals was to create a model that is both visually appealing and fully 3D printable. As a beginner, I have learned that creating a sculpt is only part of the journey. Preparing a model for 3D printing brings its own challenges.
I would also like to express my gratitude to two people who have been a great source of inspiration during my ZBrush journey.
First, I want to thank @furkanpayas
His sculptures are absolutely beautiful and deeply emotional. They don’t just impress me technically—they move me. His work showed me how much storytelling and feeling can be captured in a sculpt, and it was one of the main reasons I decided to learn ZBrush myself.
I would also like to thank @Leticia_Gillett
Her ZBrush for iPad course has been an incredible resource for a beginner like me. The way she explains the tools and workflow made ZBrush much more approachable and helped me gain the confidence to start creating my own characters and printable models.
To be honest, I find it a little intimidating to post my work here. The quality of the artwork in this community is incredibly high, and many of the sculptures shared here are truly inspiring. However, I wanted to share my progress, thank the people who inspired me, and continue learning from such a talented community.
Thank you all for sharing your knowledge, creativity, and passion. You have inspired me more than you know.
Comments, feedback, and suggestions are always welcome.
