How did you do the hair?
The ears look a bit small. Of course, I really don’t know what you look like so it’s hard to tell.

How does it look without the texture?
What’s going on on the ear lobes? If they are earings, they’re looking a little misplaced in the renders.
Sounds painful. 
the ears were the least worked on, im not happy with them, ya, they are earrings and they are misplaced, i have to fix that. The facial hair is just a projected texture then gone over once or twice with painted texture.
