My Experiments

I think the eye is looking good…maybe a hint of red veins.

I just cut and pasted in photoshop, I think there is a good eye tutorial in the zbrush2 pdf. Think there may be 2. one from pixolator and the other southern.

Keep it up though.

Just looked again, there’s something not quite right about the nose to upper lip contour. It seems to be a bit to sharp. ending in a ski ramp look at the lips.

Not the best pic but notice how the nose curves down to the filtrum(?)
the top of the lip and also how the upper lip area is more plump and rounded.

Hope this all helps.

some suggestions for tyhe eyes :

Done in photoshop. But your eye color circle (iris?) is too large, and the eye should be turn a bit up…

Amazing eyes!!!Looks like realistic:)

that’s AWESOME! How did you do this? :o I know, it’s photosoh or smth, but it was 3d originally, wasn’t it? Or if it wasn’t, can you give me that (.psd?) so I could add them to a final higher resolution image later?

I’m fixin’ some points you were talking about, and this eyes would look just great there. And anywere else :+1:

WOW!!! Those eyes are soooo real looking. I’m in NO WAY a pro zbrusher, but maybe put some of those red lines (look like road map) in his eyes white parts?
Just thinking out load, your picture is COOL!!!

Thanks for your interest! Well in fact achieving such eyes is not difficult. Its done in photoshop, but you can easiylu do it in zbrush.

First, turn your eye a bit up, so the lower border of the colored circle (pupill?) toutch the lower border of the eye, cecond, unsature, and unsature a lot bloody parts (lacrymal area). But A very shiny, with smal sized specular.
The eye is not full white, its a bit grey/yellow/blue.
Increase the relief of the eyeball, by putting diffuse curve, so that the outside of the ball, is darker than the front.
You can also directly paint on the eye, some lightening effect : on the colored cirlce, the top of the cirlce is blue/dar, and the bottom is blue clear.

Is its not clear, I’ll try to make a tutorial…

Thanks a lot for the explanations - but tutorial would be great too  I’ll put it on other site also - www.z-brush.ru, our visitors will be happy

I’m not very good at texturing, but want (and need) to do something more then that endless geometry fixing. Your advices very welcomed

You need to turn your shadows down a bit. But the skin looks really good and the wrinkles around the eyes are almost photo-realistic. Good work, citizen! :+1:

Theres something strange with your shadows… dunno why, maybe your material…

Theres is a very sharp shadow border, wich looks stange…
Its good evolution, model now the eybrows!

you’re right guys  thanks for the comments, shadows really awfull, it’s because of shader…I need to find (make) a better one…do you know a nice skin shader? I think I saw it in “Antropus Picasso Tutorial” yes, I found it, downloading now…

so here it is…eyebrows are next
