Musketeer (breakdown Pg 3)

This is I believe the best i’ve seen in ZB. Thanks for the inspiration.:+1:

sorry what did you use for the hairs ? Don’t tell me it’s fibermesh lol
Hairtrix ? Shave & Haircut ? Hairfarm ?
I’m more interested for a hair breakdown, as it’s always a huge challenge when creating female characters for instance

You’re doing great!

amazing!i was shocked by every details,it’s really really a great job!:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

It’s beautiful !!!
And thanks for sharing tips!

Outstanding! what a marvelous character. thanks for sharing the breakdown, such an eye for detail.

Fantastic! Very nice detail in every little part! Modeling, textures, shaders and rendering very good!

Terrific work - very well done!

did you use only zbrush and ps for texturing or something more fancy

Holy mother of god.

How this is achieved, I’m not sure, but wow!!! What is interesting is that the untextured versions of the face appear rougher than the textured almost as if you had to exaggerate the pits and furrows around the mouth and brow to get the look that you wanted…??? Amazing!!!

Beautiful work :+1:
What did you use for the hairs?

wow that looks amazing!! And it also gave me some tips on how to do stuff more efficiently
I can’t believe the amount of detail it has. For example the embroidery, I would have proyected it and that would have been it but you actually made it look like it was stitched. I don’t think anyone would have seen that if you hadn’t showed it on purpose

Absolutely superb! It is a rare image that is not only real but approximates the classic Flemish and Dutch masters of the 17th century. One for all and all for one!

Great work! Just being curious because I am new to zbrush. What brush or alpha did you use to create the seams on the socks? Also the wrinkles on the forehead?

Just tell me this how many years have you been Zbrushing to be this good

The dedication and time (maybe the money xD) was well worth it. This is truly beautiful.
Although, tell me how (or with which software) did you change the thick neck polys to act like an alpha?
usually, in the softwares I use… those are flat grids. They dont look good until you render them.
Also: did you use fibermesh for the hair? If not, which process was used?

Thanks

11/10. I’m astounded.

absolutly amazing work !
I suppose you have years & years of experience ?
very inspirative

This is fantastic work!!! The few pieces of straggling hair and the feather are great as well!

Is there any way you’d share how to create the feather, I have to make one for a project, and it’s the same idea. It’s a plume for a hat!

Igor, thanks to share this awesome breakdown!
Really inspired work, top row to me XD.

Could you show more about this awesome hair? Fascinating!
