Hi.
I have seven subtools, so i want to create in Zbrush seven textures for each subtool.
but as i see Zbrush use only one texture for all subtools…
How i can render in Zbrush all subtools with their own textures simultaneously?

This only applies to the PC version. (Mac users with 3.12B can assign separate textures to each SubTool. PC users will get this feature with ZBrush 4.)
What you need to do is divide each SubTool to have as many polys as the corresponding texture has pixels. Then apply your texture to the model (ignore the fact that all the rest of the model gets it, too) and press Tool
Texture
Txr>Col. This converts the texture to polypaint. You’ll see the rest of the model return to normal because this feature deselects the no longer needed texture. Now repeat with the other textures and SubTools.
