This is a minor question, but it is annoying since I use ZB4 at my job and naming conventions are important;
When assigning file extensions with the multi-map exporter image files i can’t use the “_” (underscore) symbol when typing. I don’t seem to have this problem on the mac side, but I do on the PC side. Is this just me??? Or is this something that needs to be fixed.
I’ll revise what I first wrote. What keyboard are you using? On a UK keyboard you need to use the ¬ key (top left) in order to get the underscore to show.
I am using a US keyboard. If it does work on the PC side and i’m just missing something let me know. I have the same thing happen on earlier versions of zbrush when naming subtools.
It is possible that a key that is labelled differently gives the ‘’ input in ZBrush. What you could try is running through the likely keys while renaming a subtool to see if any work. Failing that, typing the '’ in a text file and copy-pasting will work.
