Hi,
does anyone know, how i can this do (load some different mannequins in the subtools)?
Thanks
Suggestion to Pixologix: It should be a little simpler - I think.
You just need to append the mannequins as subtools. There are two mannequin scenes included with ZBrush - see the Project>Mannequin folder in Lightbox. They will show you how it’s done.
If you have ZTL files on disk that you want to append then use the SubTool Master Multi Append function. All the subtools for each ZTL will be appended automatically.
Hi Marcus,
thank you for the answer. I see this. But my problem is: to append a mannequin in to the subtools (other tools are not a problem - but I can’t find a way to append the mannequins).
You must first have it loaded in the top tool menu from a primitive or model or saved ztl or obj file. Then you can append it.
Yes, I know this. But then it is not more a “Mannequin” - or is this a mistake? It looks a little tricky, I find - perhaps I expect too much?
Edit:
I have tried it. Yes, it works. My mistake! But, i found it tricky
Thank you for the help.
Best greetings
As they are now, all the mannequins are Project files (File:Save As). Open each manequin Project file then save each one as a ZTool (Tool:Save As). Then you can load (Tool:Load Tool) the mannequins and append them as you like.
Yes, I know now - thank you very much for the help.
