Multi Map Exporter Issue

Hello,

I am having a problem with the multi map exporter plugin. what i would like to do is merge all the subtools into one map. I know there is an option to do so, however when i try and do this each subtool map overlap each other. How do I fix this?

If you are going to use the Merge Maps feature in MME your UV mapping needs to be arranged so that the different subtools don’t overlap.
