Moving Zspheres

Hya!
Im messing about making a person out of zspheres and Im having trouble moving it around, if I move one part other parts get mangled…
I think this is called inverse kinmatics or something but Im not sure. Is there any way of turning that on and off so I can do things like move an arm with out destroying a hand?
(making the hands took longer than everything else combined… so I sort of want this to just work…)

click on a sphere in rotate mode, now grab the “bone” to rotate an arm using FK. There isn’t true IK in zbrush so that is your best bet.
