So I’m not sure if this matters but i have my subtools in an order that I’d like to change and I can’t click and drag them around so that I can merge some specific subtools that I’d like to. Hopefully that’s possible as it’s something I think I’ll need to do in order to smooth some things out. Any help on that would be hugely appreciated 
are you mean that you wanna rearrange the order of subtools???
PRESS CTRL+UP OR DOWN ARROW,OR press the button like this picture:
Also, you have to notice difference between moving around the camera, and moving around a subtool. To move subtool around you must use the button “move” next to “edit”, “draw”, “scale”, “rotate” buttons. And use the arrows on screens. Afaik you cant move subtools independable from each other in any other way.
