i’m trying to follow the more wine tut about making the squid thing but when i made the tentacles and press “A” to view what it would look like. But the first main Zsphere i made kind of collapses. it forms a point instead of staying spherical. i have tried changing the size of the tentacles attached to the main zsphere but it still collapses. how can i fix this?
O i have also tried to init zbrush to see if it would make a difference but it didnt
well you can try puting a zshpre over the top one that will fix it then you are going to have to push it down

this is how it looks like just to show you. but what do you mean put a zsphere over the top of the main one? it just joins onto it or turns the sphere i’m trying to model into a 2D shape.
o and i’m also fairly new to zbrush as well
Go to Adaptive Skin submenu and turn on ‘Use Classic Skinning’.
