more than 400,000 active points ... how please ?

i need just to know how i can give to my 200,000 points model
give it 400,000 active points ?

I have not managed to give him more than 400 thousand, active points, to my model of 200 thousand, using the Zremesh.
in other words I need to double those 200 to 400 thousand, active points.
how can I do it ?

Tool > Geometry> Divide will multiply by a factor of 4, (though it will create multiple subD levels).

Zremesher is generally a tool that people use to reduce polycount, not increase it.
