The head sculpt is looking really nice (Did you actually copy the head and merge it into the other one, or just modelled it as one?), and I am really liking the pose you have given him too, look forward to seeing the next update.

If the heads are gonna be positioned so unnatural on top of his shoulders I’d expect to see some stitches. This just seems wrong 
I bet he’d look really sick yawning or screaming with that extra birthed mouth.Has he 1 or 2 tongues,just thought he could french kiss himself if the latter ha ha yuk!.Thats a great body going on,love the forms so far.Tasty model allround!

Great sculpt, I like how you got that middle eye to serve two points of view. It definately seems as though the right side is the dominant side and the face on that side is pushing the other face out of the way as if both are trying to look through a small head sized window. Its more pronunced in the first image at the top of the page. Been listening to the Dunwich horror, could’nt get hold of the book from the library its always out. Just waiting for the sun to go down so I can listen to some more.
