I think I still like the first post better (the all grey rs mat. one), I will go back to that tool and continue refining it instead. sometimes its just instincts.

I always like your monsters, nikcuf< crazy man! The three sets of teeth are wicked. I imagine they would move like little arms!
Just a suggestion that is anything but a crit, just some creative input. Since the body looks kinda like a bag with no limbs, maybe make it look like some one is trapped inside of it. Having outward impressions of a head, face, and body could give more spice to the monster’s body. You could even pose up the super average man or demo soldier in a disturbed fetal position and sculpt the body around it. Maybe even with a hand trying to reach out of the mouth, since this already looks like it’s out of a nightmare.
I’m sure what you’re going for is a zoomed in final shot where the rounded off ends of the body aren’t in plain sight, to give the illusion of limbs etc. But I just wanted to share the idea that came to mind when I saw this sick puppy. Keep up the bad @$$ work!
