No, seriously, I choosed the demo head because it`s a great model with raised and recessed surfaces, which is ideal for demonstrating MatCaps.

Finally I had some time to check your portfolio. Wow! The Buu guy and the skeletor looks awesome! Plain cool! Why dont you post them here??? Youve used Zbrush a lot, right? And the Zbrush render looks fantastic!

Well, one of them is actually done since yesterday but Ive decided to change a few things because of all the cool new brushes we have now. I just can`t resist to use them. :slight_smile:

You’ve gone MatCap crazy! :slight_smile: Nice stuff! :+1:

Don’t know if you’ve tried it but you can mix two different materials in a MatCap by putting them side-by-side and messing with the cavity settings. I use Photoshop to set them up but I imagine they could be set up in ZBrush too.

hey, didn’t get it that you need 20hrs to finish, thought of 20hrs until you will post your work :wink: the matcaps you did are awesome, my favourites are grapefruit and redrimlight. and probs to your productivity, i’m strugglin with some different characters. just makin small steps forward because i’ve got a lot of other work to do. workin on some logo stuff for my blog and tryin different other things to get a better idea of what to do for my diploma. hope your well and awaitining your posts :slight_smile:
