Hi all. It’s been a couple of years since i last posted here but i figured it might be fun to start a sketchbook again.
Hopefully i’ll spend more than half an hour on some of them. Anyways here is a first quicky.
Oh and critiques and whatnot are allways apreciated.
Very cool.
cool sculpt!
some great strokes. keep it up
Thanks guys.
Another quickie done.
And one more
Haha, great models man, I love ths last one!
what mats/brushes are u using to get that stoney look on your madels, and They look great BTW
love the feelings of the clay touch on the sculptures , love it
Thnx guys.
ZombieSwarm, I’m mainly useing the clybuildup brush, but i set focal shift to 0, turn of lazymouse and set roll distance to 4-5 and the further long i get i lower the imbed value.
Two new ones today one weird one that i probably shoul work more on but i’m tired so who cares:), and something that might possibly be female, should have used references for that one .

nice style
Thanks for the great tips!!!
im liking your new stuff aswelll, keep at it!
and if you enjoy mythical creatures and want to practice females, you should look at the mythology of the Fates, they are quite the characters.
Carcaryas: Thnx, i really like your stuff also.
ZombieSwarm: No problems. Thnx for the comments.
Another one done. Did this on at work while waiting for some rigging stuff to calculate in background. So lots of hiccups with strokes and almost crashes on this one:)

One more, it’s boring waiting for the computer to calculate stuff.
So a generic zombie is born.

And another quickie, should really do something serious soon, maybe i’ll have some time over christmas
Super quicky.
These all look very spontaneous and freeflowing - like you’re doodling with clay.
It would be very interesting to see a video of such doodling if you ever have the time and/or inclination.
hmphhh: thnx thats pretty much what i’m going for with these, just having fun with shapes. I actually recorded a session yesterday, unfortunately zbrush crashed after i saved the movie so i lost the model, but the movie is here

Very quick and jumpy but maybe someone will get something out of it.
And another speedy, not very happy with this one need to push the shapes more, go a bit more insane:)
