I just checked the Luxology website… and for $100 transfer fee the license IS transferable. Previously I posted that it is not possible. There must have been a shift in license terms and conditions at Luxology. Best of luck!

Gotcha. I sold my modo license a couple of months back for similar reasons. If I hear of anyone looking to buy modo for an awesome price, I’ll send them your way.
I had thought about getting modo, but only cause I needed some better retopology tools (cause zbrush is great, but they could improve retoplogy tools ;p) and ended up buying topogun which was cheaper and did what I was looking for anyway.
I know this is a good deal and I still have it for sale, if you know anyone who is interested, just let him/her know. Cheers.
