Model Tracing to Lower Poly Count

Still VERY MUCH a noob here so a little direction could help.

Can someone direct me to a tutorial (Preferbly a Video but text&pics is good to) that shows how to trace your Zbrush models for use in other programs? I use Blender a LOT and my Z-models just have WAY too many polys.
