Can I ask how you made that skirt? Looks very nicely defined

The skirt was was modeled with maya using cloth dynamics. I tried sculpting it but found it time consuming to get the subtle folds. Using cloth also prevents stretching and unwanted deformations. ill try to upload a tutorial about it.
