mirroring (left<>right) insert mesh brush

hi,

Is there a simple way of flipping or mirroring an insert mesh whilst drawing it out. ie - on an asymmetric mesh, if I wanted just one hand - a RIGHT hand (the standard body parts all seem to be LEFT) - can I somehow reverse it across the axis as I draw. I’ve tried deformation>mirror, which works but it throws the part across the axis of the model. Local symmetry activated doesn’t seem to help either…

short of creating a new brush the right way round I can’t find any easier way of doing it…
