Mirror Zsphere chain

Have been searching all over for this, but havent found a solution…

What im trying to do is this…
I have a character modelled in zspheres its quite a complex character, and somewhere along the line after a LOT of posing etc I lost symmetry. So now one side of my character is correct, while the opposite side is NOT.

there must be a way to duplicate zsphere chains from one side to another… right?

anyone have any techniques for this?
