Mirror subtool with subdivisions ? [Solved]

hi,

is there a quick way to mirror an object but still keep the subdivision levels ?
I have used the subtool master to flip it but then i lose the subdivisions, I know that I could mirror the high version and the low version then project the details but just wanted to know if there is actually a better way to do this as i have a few objects i want mirrored and they are all over 1million polys each so a single button press would be better than multiple duplicates and then projecting all the details for each object.

hope that makes sense

and thanks in advance.

mirror then reconstruct your subD levels.

yeah tried that as well but it gives me a message saying unable to reconstruct lower subiv operation cancelled.
and does not do anything :frowning:
ive looked around and seen a few other people say they have had this happen but i cant seem to find a solution :frowning:

ok managed to fix it, the subtool master plugin should automatically bring over the lower subdivs but there was a strange problem with my mesh so it could not reconstruct the lower divisions.
I exported my mesh back into Maya and when it came in there were extra polys floating on top of each other, almost like there was 2 identical meshes on top but broken into lots of polygroups, I merged everything together and removed polys sharing the same space then reimported and everything is now fine
